Base 101 is our beginner-friendly class designed to help you learn the machine, understand the movements, and feel comfortable before joining mixed-level classes.
No experience needed :)

Our instructors offer guidance and modifications so you can move at your own pace.
Class formats include:
P.E. for higher reps and strength
PILATECIZE low impact jumpboard
SHAPE for deep sculpt
CIRCUIT for strength and cardio
BASE MAT CLASSES
High energy pilates-based Base Method classes with a dash of cardio and sure to hit all the spots! A good challenge and we promise to make it fun with plenty of options for all levels.
