REFORMER
BASE 101 *Recommended first class for new clients. New to reformer Pilates or looking to refine your fundamentals? Base 101 focuses on essential reformer skills, Pilates principles, and movement patterns through a slower-paced practice designed to build confidence, body awareness, and a strong foundation for all of our classes.
SHAPE A contemporary Pilates class that blends classical exercises with creative variations. Focus on core strength, control, balance, and full-body conditioning while exploring familiar movements in new ways.
P.E. An athletic, strength-focused reformer class built around progressive movement combinations and full-body challenges. Expect clear instruction, thoughtful programming, and opportunities to build power, endurance, and confidence in more technical movement.
PILATECIZE Our signature jumpboard class combines low-impact cardio with the full-body challenge of Pilates. Spring-loaded sequences elevate your heart rate while building strength, coordination, and endurance. Expect energy, sweat, and a serious core workout.
CIRCUIT A high-energy circuit workout combining reformer Pilates with strength and cardio stations using Bala equipment, rebounders, BOSUs, and more. Move through challenging intervals designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and keep things interesting.
STRETCH Slow down, recover, and reconnect with your body. This restorative reformer class emphasizes mobility, flexibility, breathwork, and nervous system recovery through guided stretching and gentle movement.
MAT
CLASSIC MAT A full-body Pilates mat class rooted in the classical exercises sprinkled with contemporary movement. Matwork is where many of Pilates' most essential challenges live—building core strength, coordination, and body awareness from the inside out.
CHILLOUT ZONE A recovery-focused class featuring active stretching, fascial release, and mobility work with massage balls, bands, and rollers. Leave feeling more open, mobile, and refreshed.
GYROKINESIS® MAT This fluid movement practice (originally called Yoga For Dancers) combines rhythmic breathing, spinal motion, and flowing sequences to improve mobility and clarify energy throughout the body. Performed primarily seated on a stool or on the mat, the practice feels like a cross between a massage and dance.
PRIVATE TRAINING
PRIVATE SESSION Personal training with private attention and program development from a Base Moves pro trainer. Pilates and GYROTONIC® Tower sessions available.
SEMI-PRIVATE SESSION Make it a semi-private with 2-5 people. Book with a workout buddy or partner.
DIY GROUP Party class for up to 8 people on the reformer or 10 in a mat class. Fun for birthdays, showers, graduation!
